Never promises a happy tomorrow,
Blue are her wings as is her heart,
She watches as life tears her apart.

Why must I suffer so?
Why does my soul always crave a warm glow?
Why do my tears fall down my face?
Why do I feel like I’ve fallen from grace?

I long to fly and I long to sing,
I long for someone to take me under their wing,
I am tired and I long to rest,
To sleep inside gods heavenly chest.

To walk with angels, to breathe again,
Is the only thing that keeps me sane,
If I closed my eyes and said a prayer,
Would anyone hear, would anyone care?

It's the sorrowful times that help us grow and learn to appreciate love that much more.

Just when you think no one is listening someone will hear.

Beautiful write.

How deep and touching to the soul. Every word, every line a touching and heart breaking dance. I am sorry of the pain you are feeling. If there was anything I could do I would. I hate to see , hear, or read of anyone in a feeling such as this. Especially one so gifted and soothing to the spirit.

An excellent job! My thoughts and prayers are with you.
