Losing my patience so quickly this is new
For so long now I’ve kept control
Unable to ignore now I appeal
Why are we not whole, why is it that we suffer
Surely a meaning behind that of the fall
Planted like seeds slowly coming to fruition
Our life it now just plays out tradition
Whose line of travel is it we are walking
And from whom is it that we are running
Brain so underused, for what are we missing
A diluted language leaves a watered down meaning
Perhaps that is the plan, the way to go forth
Without meaning or cause, we scratch with our claws
Peeling off from each other our protective skin
Revealing the truth hidden within
Once stripped bare you’ll have no reason to stare
For we are all the same deep down inside
Just wearing a mask, as we divide and we hide
