The words of yesterday
Once so full of life
Now echo in the night
Reminding me of you
And how we’ll never be
But the thoughts of tomorrow
Give me hope
That I can move on
And forget those words of yesterday

short and to the point... and riddled with thoughts
of yesterday.

My fave lines were the first half:

The words of yesterday
Once so full of life
Now echo in the night
Reminding me of you

Well thought out... keep up the fine writing

I like those first three lines...how I've felt that before! This is pretty good for a short write. I would've liked to have seen it expanded, because I like your thoughts here, and it would've added to this. Nicely done though still. Keep up the writes!

This is a great poem, it's so short and deep, I can relate to this.

Take care.
