TELLING ME THE THOUGHTS IN HER HEAD,
BUT I ALREADY KNOW,
HER LIFE IS HANGING BY A THREAD,
SHOULD I TELL HER ITS OK TO GO,
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
SHES CRYING INSIDE & OUT,
NO WHERE TO TURN TO,
SO I LET HER SCREAM & SHOUT,
" HOW WILL I MAKE IT THROUGH",

THERES NOTHING I CAN SAY OR DO,
JUST BE HERE BY HER SIDE,
FOR SOON GOD WILL TAKE YOU,
THERES NO WHERE TO HIDE,

THE ILLNESS IS GETTING WORSE,
SHE CANT UNDERSTAND,
DID SOMEONE GIVE HER SOME BAD CURSE,
WITH THEIR STRONG WILLED HAND?

THE DOCTORS TELL HER "ITS A MATTER OF TIME",
WHAT DO YOU REALLY SAY,
LIVING FOR HER IS LIKE A CRIME,
JUST LIVING DAY TO DAY,

I KNOW THERES A MUCH BETTER PLACE,
THAN WHAT WE HAVE HERE ON EARTH,
THAT NO ONE CAN REALLY TRACE,
ITS A PLACE WE WERE BEFORE OUR BIRTH,

AS I HELD HER & TOLD HER IT WILL BE O.K,
SHE SMILED JUST TO KNOW,
WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR ME TO GO AWAY,

I TOLD HER DONT YOU DARE FEAR,
FOR GOD WILL SHOW YOU THE WAY,

I have a friend to whom doctors said "It's just a matter of time" long ago and he's still alive and beating the odds... as long as she's alive there's still hope... remember that... Beautiful write Christina
