to forget the treatment I can't ignore
eyes still burning through that reflection
trusting them to drive with the utmost protection
the gift of immortality, is now something to compare
to the feeling felt real, from that false stare
the feeling was millions of butterflies
while bewitched by those green eyes
then those insects started dying
till but one remained inside me flying
this one will die with all the rest
until only silence inhabits this chest
so many words had gone unspoken
just forget about the eyes, and the mirror, now broken [comments] => 4 [counter] => 207 [topic] => 55 [informant] => lifeslittleangel [notes] => Edited for spelling as requested. - Moderator_16 [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => dedicatedpoems )

The trust has been completely destroyed, and in that trust it included dreams of two people, or one persons dreams were strengthened in that trust. Now that, that trust has been broken, the confidence is going and the dreams are fading and dying and soon all will be gone. Insects were illustrated, hopes, and I pray you will find the light, the truth, the way to go on. Wonderful poem and I thank you for its creation. Raquel Leah :D
