with my face hanging low
just low without a smile or a glow
watchin' people walk
walk in and out of my life
maybe the time was right
trying praying but it seems
seems like everything gets worse from here
blocking all my pains from a broken shield to avoid the fear
been takin' advantage of , not even loved
wondering how it feels to be loved
just shadows of a broken heart
put me back together then brake me apart
running from myself and everything thats hurting me
decided to slow down
just stop being blind and open my eyes to actually see
but it seems like everyone has takin' apart of me
i'm struggling
lord, i ask you why
why i live a life like this
if i was dead would i be truly miss
give me reasons why i stand here
here in this pain
God let it rain
surprise i am here holding both my hands together trying t pray
hoping for a better day
you all have takin' my pride
and had a joy ride
i feel so bad inside
you can run me over with a 18 wheeler
beat as your slave
hang me on your trees and threaten to wipe me
do you know who is me
you can spit on me
until my clouds are gray, but i tell you this, the best of me stays [comments] => 2 [counter] => 276 [topic] => 19 [informant] => seci [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 11 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => InspirationalPoems )

you paint a very depressing picture, but at the same time its motivating because it encourages those to press on ... very nice write

Very depressing but well done in painting a clear picture in my head. Very good write.
