[hometext] => A new poem, its been a while pleae comment, id like to know what you all think. This is about the city in which I live.
[bodytext] => Stick in the tubes, Let the oxygen come through, Letting go is hard enough, Especially when its you, Waking up for the first time, Been to blind to really see, These streets are draped in darkness, And they need machines to breath. Hating all with all Ive got, Burning bridges as I walk, Sever ties with my alibies, So I guess Im just all talk, Burning embers feel so hot, Crack my knuckles now Im lost, City Lights never shine so bright, So I stare and watch this clock. Suburban decay, Nothing ever stays the same, Just a viral downward spiral, Got to get out of this maze, But these shadows wont let go, Drifting through the dirt so slow, City Lights fill all I see, Its the same thing every night.
