What is the real life of a teen?
Or is it exactly as we are told
Will we remember our child hood?
Or will the rest of our lives be miserable and cold

What if we don’t remember?
All those good times we had
Back at kindy then at school
Even our Mom and Dad

We could screw up the rest of our lives
With Sex, Drugs and Boys
What ever happened?
To our Favorite, beloved child hood toys

Will they just be thrown away?
Into the old bag of trash
Or will they be sold on eBay
For endless amounts of cash

To some school is not important
To others it means more
College, a job Or Uni
Or will they sit at home and be bored to the core

I want my teens to be remembered
By both my parents and me
And as a good thing, not a bad
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3
