Array ( [sid] => 11036 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Hey David [time] => 2003-01-23 13:40:00 [hometext] => I wrote this about a friend of mine. we used to be really great friends, then we just gradually stopped talking. so basically this is just about that friend i used to have (i couldnt think of a good name for him but oh well) hope you enjoy this! [bodytext] => Look at this empty heart of mine
That used to be so full of joy and life
Then the day you left then I turned cold
We were going to be friends till the end
Now we havn't spoken for some time

Well hey David where have you been?
I just tried to call you, I've been calling most of the day
Well hey David where have you been?
I've been ringing your doorbell since 9 A.M.
I just want to know if you want to come out to play
And do you want to come outside and play?
Well I guess it's time to say goodbye

Now look at me, I'm a wreck with out you
You were the one that would always keep me going
And now it seems I'm at a stop, oh I need you
You were the only one who could make me laugh
And now I've been frowing 'cause now you're gone

Well hey David where have you been?
I just tried to call you, I've been calling most of the day
Well hey David where have you been?
I've been ringing your doorbell since 9 A.M.
I just want to know if you want to come out to play
And do you want to come outside and play?
Well I guess it's time to say goodbye [comments] => 0 [counter] => 150 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Stalkee [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
