Can be for ever treasured, if we only make time for “the you and me”
Riches and diamonds, can buy some potentials fakes love
With that: Are the words that flow, only as bogus as the modernism needed
If one can be bought, and not take what is real
What you have isn’t love or a treasure
It’s more like a shiny object taken from another

Dayna how very true my dear friend. A short, but straight to the point poem. I like your style of writing Dayna. You can always produce a great write time and time again.

Given to one with presumptions, of deceit

A great piece of writing by a very talented and gifted Miss. Well done.

    *hugs*

A very strong take Dayna and expressed in a way that only you
can. :~) You are right, of course. Treasures of the heart, methinks,
are the greatest of all. Well done!!

Still waters run deep Brew, and you are certainly a deep thinker........and observer. Have you noticed also how materialism has replaced for the joys we used to get from God. Like Love, Kindness, Goodness, etc.
This poem would make anyone think, and I agree with it wholeheartedly
Thank you for sharing it with me!
    Warm love
    consue
