Array ( [sid] => 110015 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Unrequited [time] => 2005-11-19 07:22:26 [hometext] => For anyone whos given their heart unconditionally in love, only to have it returned torn apart, because the one you loved so deeply never cared at all for you. [bodytext] => i care for you so much
the extent of my unconditional love
unfaesable
to you... to me... to anyone.
Unexplainable
But yet i love you
i need you. i care for you,
i love you.
i long for you to love me
bereaved
i look into your bloodshot eyes
silently pleading with your heart
desperately
i crave your attention
My body - cold
As i dream of your warmth
Shuddering
i long for your strong arms
painfully remembering
how u wrapped me up in passion
i recall the time
When u wanted me
And u begged me
desperately to stay
i remember how
i pulled away
Not because i wanted to
Because i had to.
i had to leave
Because...
i know i could lie in your arms forever
content, in rapture,
And pretend.
Pretend
Make myself believe
that you actually wanted me
needed me, longed for me
cared for me
loved me...
love me?
the way i love you
endlessly
unconditionally
undeniably
unexplainably
i need you. I care for you;
And unrequitedly -
I love you.

well done. great write. Every decision in life will offer in itself its own reward. Courage, strenght, happiness and longevity are apart of letting go of a tangible bad thing and embacing an unknown but honest furture. good luck finding the new someone that will one day feel as much for you as you felt for him...jh

wow awesome poem...and i'm inspired by your brave decision. it's so easy to give in to your own basic desires...and such a terribly hard thing to give up someone that you want so badly but they serve no benefit to your future wellbeing. i wish i could only be so strong...maybe one day hey.

This seems very heartfelt, and your emotions are displayed well...I think 'unfaesable', you meant 'infeasible'. Also, your poem would appear more polished (and the words more potent) if you didn't type all in lowercase. Give your thoughts the credit they deserve...Nice job with this poem.
