He was more interested in waiting for me to end the read
Grandma, Grandma, hurry up, bedtime is here, so will be dawn
Wanting to share another favorite, my head he plants a fun seed

We cuddle up on the sofa, so happy and free
It is a hit with kids; adults can be one too, like me
His new friend he shares, I put away Kirby
A yellow, white, red camp character under the sea

This cartoon Guy wears SquarePants yellow bright
His name is SpongeBob a cheery toonful emotion
Yes, a yellow sea sponge whose home is quite
At the bottom on the bed of the Pacific Ocean

He lives in a giant pineapple, Bikini, sea of blue
SpongeBob likes winding up his neighbor
With his squidward tentacles too
Its fun and giggles, watching quite his labor

A pink starfish called Patrick his best friend; they are not rough
They hold hands, and gets lessons on boating
From a teacher called Mrs. Puff
At the Boating school, all happy and floating

A real special Guy, so turn that station
An innocent optimism, soft and bright
SpongeBob is fun, his personality quite a sensation
Camp world of friends, such a delight

Delightful story Megan. And you write it for your little grandson that is so very sweet of you.
May he enjoy them, and his wonderful grandma.
Enjoyed it.
