at anyone but myself.
i'm crying out to you;
but the language of my insecurites is foreign.

my cries are muffled,
insane dialouge floods my reason.
this pattern's too familiar,
my heart recognizes its pathetic sounds.

you seem sad,
but anger stings your words,
and i know where its all going,
but could this time be the last

you drift away,
as sadness and love fuse in me,
creating sickening self hate.

i feel weak
replaying the vaulted words,
searching for a reason
it all spells me;
as i try to pick up the pieces
in the dimensions of my mind.

i run into your image
although its never lost
and i long for sweet numbness

i wait for sleep,
tears amuse me in bed
its all my fault. [comments] => 5 [counter] => 250 [topic] => 61 [informant] => sleepykisser [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => selfstruggles )

I love the moods of this writing. Self loathing, guilt, sadness, confusion- amazement that your love, once sweet, became the very thing you hate, the thing that lingers...This is very well expressed, and I honestly hope that you write more for my eyes and mind to feast on!
