Wrote these poems a few years back during the worst year of my life, which nearly lead to a suicidal early departure from the world. [bodytext] => The world as I know it,
a cruel dark place.
The only sun shine is your pretty face.
To be in love is the stupid mistake, my heart makes.
The heart knows love and fears of the alone.
The heart knows who’s arms are as safe as home.
But the heart knows about despair.
The fact that I love you and you cant care.
For the burden of loving me would be to much to bear.
The heart knows the reasons for my tears.
Knows all my darkest secrets and fears.
The real world of security can be found in her heart.
If only the barrier couldn't keep our love apart. The world as I know it,
a cruel dark place.
The only sun shine is your pretty face.
To be in love is the stupid mistake, my heart makes.

I find it interesting how we tend to let our feelings for another rule our fate at times- I am very glad to see you decided to stay in this world and share your work.
