You are a very gifted writer. I have been reading many of your poems this morning and am awestruck ...and this one is perfect.. " The Garden of Autism "draws me in particular and I have left a comment there.

Valerie So that's what it's like! Thanks for taking me there. At least one has an incling of the feeling.

I was with my wife in the hours before and saw some of the price you pay when things are not straightforward. We men don't know the half of it.

An amazing write maam. Such a tribute to your son, and I dare say, his mother who bears no small responsibility for her childrens understanding. Wish I could write with as much love and honest humility. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to meet him thru your words.

Dear Valerie, What a wonderful skill you have and what a wonderful blessing you have in your son! Treasure every day, but prepare him to fly away someday. I could relate to your message and just adored your style. Its the first one of your poems that I'v read.
