In agony I await
Foolishly for you to come
Rolling the dice in your game
To lose I am the victim

You claim I play you
But you are in charge
Ruining my whole life
My patience isn’t large

I want to ignore you
To help heal my pain
Because maybe I’m smiling
While hiding my vain

Life is a puzzle
And I lost the last piece
It’s incomplete, wrong
My face smudged with your grease

Love is funny
And not worth my time
To love is to sacrifice
And I do not know what’s left of mine

You told me you’d come
And I believed
My hope is now shattered
Like a dead dry leaf

I can’t go on with you
I must forget
You don’t care, I know
But deep down we are both upset

I’m shattered..
Shattered because of you..
See what you’ve done..?
What you put me though..

Shattered

In agony I await
Foolishly for you to come
Rolling the dice in your game
To lose I am the victim

You claim I play you
But you are in charge
