The night was a chilled knight riding through the gates of heaven;
the morning his steed.

An endless fire burned in his eyes.
An endless fire, consumed by betrayal.

His gaze shattered with loves own hate, he shook the stars from his life, and breathed the winds of his breath.

A man is born of water, blood and seed.
He is soil, death and soil, the worms in his dreams.
He is echoed with screams, passed by his mothers cries,
held by her tears and laughter.

A man is dust upon dust, stronger than the stars in heaven; the stars sing, their voice cannot reach him.
They cry out.
He cries his shame.
A man is the voice of silence.

He cannot see his crown. . .

He cannot see his own life.

A man suffers.

He cannot stop the screams. He bites. He bleeds.
His eyes search for tears.
His mouth bleeds (the glass digs in).
He is thrown aside. He is kicked asunder.
He is beaten.
He is taken, lifted up.
His own flesh shatters his fingers.
He cries out.
His temple spills, flesh and fire blind his eyes.
He cries out.
They laugh.
He cries out.
They taste his thirst.
His stomach tears. He tastes blood in his mouth.

He wonders why. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 205 [topic] => 39 [informant] => iodinelove [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 6 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Grief )

This was incredible. You are indeed gifted with words. I believe I know Who you speakof, but I've been wrong before. Either way, this was awesome!
Take care.
