I’ve done it I’ve gotten rid of the shackles of love
The strands that bind me to you and the feeling above
But even as I let go of this weight
My heart went down with, it call it fate

I’m hear like a foolish orphan waiting for her return
But she isn’t coming back that my lesson learn
If I used to fly then now I’m grounded without you
I’m suffering a broken heart see what I’m going through

It like a disease it eats away at u till u has nothing left
No more soul no more heart not even a piece of Ur former self
But the longer you stay away
The more my heart breaks with each passing day

I’m gluing it back but it won’t last forever
Like a broken glass put back together dat breaks under the weight of a feather
But it can never come back together because she stole the pieces
And left me with a scatter heart and lost wishes

But I’m healing from the gaping wound of love it use to burn so bad
Now I can’t remember the day I was sad
In the game of life I’m going strong
Taking each step and moving on

oh, i liked this write!! very well done! and i'm glad that you can move on. and glue doesn't hold together unless you can find some Super Glue and use Duct Tape as a backup. so go shopping!!! ; ) but, really. i'm sorry you had to through this pain. but if she never loved you, then she doesn't deserve you. you can do better than that!! and i hope that someday (hopefully soon) you find the right girl for you that you love and loves you back!! but great write, i truly enjoyed it. keep up the good work!!

sending you luck in healing
