out of the mistakes i've made
every single one
i weave together and braid
this rope has grown long
as my mistakes are many
i hope it is strong enough
to hold up my body
because i have a plan
it's deeply seeded in my mind
with this rope and my hands
a noose i shall tie
and wrap one end
around this dilapidated tree
my tree of dreams
shall die with me
i'll place the other end
firmly on my neck
tugging a couple times
just to check
it should hold me
lord knows i've made enough mistakes
preparing to jump
my hands start to shake
i wipe away my tears
as i look down
and hope when i jump
i stay off the ground

very clever. also very sad, i think sometimes we have to believe that we learn from our mistakes. everyone can relate to this at some point.

I hate it when you right about suicide hun. Although I agree that everyone can definitely relate to this, but people should also figure out how to learn from their mistakes. If we all went jumping off trees for every little one we made, there wouldn't be humanity, now would there?
