Why are you always there
Haunting my mind?
Lingering inside
Keeping your memory on rewind

Every song, every movie
All the things we used to do
I wish I could erase your memory
But everything still reminds me of you

Promises made,
quickly morph into lies
And in an instant
you were gone from my life

You left me here with nothing to see
I can't let go, though.. I try
I'll just lie here pretending to forget..
Always wondering why.
