Deep....I've been there. It's tough but life goes on. It always gets better before it gets worse. Hang in there...it WILL get better.

A very good poem true depression, willing to do anything to get out. Deep and dark. I like it

It's good with noticing that and such, and it will be when the good returns because then the happiness will too. Don't get down now and keep up the bringing back of the good through poem songs and other things.
