as you approach me.
I can't speak.
Words are useless.
My hairs stand on end
at the touch of your fingertips
Your lips on my skin
feel like soft raindrops.
Your gentle breath on my neck
sends a warm sensation
vibrating through my body
from the nape moving down
through my shoulders
out each finger
towards the butterflies in my stomach
into my legs
making them weak
out my toes
into the ground
absorbed into the earth
warming the room all around me.
Your arms around my waist
cause me to melt,
but your gradling embraces
keeps me balanced and secure.
As you draw me closer
I'm sure you can hear my heart
which beats like poetry, saying
"take me, hold me, love me, want me..."
Your warm kiss on my mouth
makes me hungrier still for you
as if that were possible...
Your hands on my face
brushing offending hairs away
feel like passion itself.
The greatest love story ever told
is How I feel as one with you
As we melt together onto my bed. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 256 [topic] => 2 [informant] => miss_jules [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

You've described your love in a beautiful way. May it prosper and live on.
Take care.

Sounds like you got a good thing going on! Don't let him (her?) go.

Can't wait for your next piece!

you sound so comforted and reassured by him
but he is also the source of your passion

as it should be. GREAT
