pen to the paper
try to break
on through
the wall that holds back
the ocean of ink
that I need
to cleanse my soul
waiting for the water
to wash over me

Every waking hour
I wait for my muse
to visit her light shone
round about me to show me
the path I must take
my angel show me
my redeption
light my path
come to me muse
come and save my soul

bang my head
against the wall
to get the words out
what else can I do
til she comes
I sit in the dark
waiting on her
to revisit me
so I cleanse
my soul yet again [comments] => 4 [counter] => 263 [topic] => 60 [informant] => emokid [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 20 [ratings] => 4 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => insomniac )

Well it's really self explanatory.
I'd call it a masterpeice.
It's about writing, cleansing the soul, your muse and just all around good write.
U go friend.
huggs, smiles,
emy
