My eyes not yet open, my body at rest.

Legs and lives intertwined as skin touches skin.
The warmth of you holds me in love once again.

Not ready to wake yet I shift closer still.
Eager to hold you, your arms always heal.

Waking beside you the night's dreams are over
it's now time to land.
Soft kisses travel the length of your arm to your hand.

One glance at the clock tells me to get on my way.
One last squeeze, I love you, good morning,
good day.

The comfort that love provides... I do miss it.
Another well written piece.
Do take care.
