The season might recede
The season might run away!
With the life of me

Ah! but the enlightment I found
From the depths of the sea
Beyond the tallest of trees
Is a theory so profound

You see, I tore out the pages
Of God's malicious fate for me!
Buried them forever deep
From here to a dead man's sleep

Behold! the dreamer of dreams
Proclaiming a new wave philosophy
Rising from the depths of the sea
Far beyond the tallest of trees

Oh the colorful life I might lead...
For the beautiful and brightest
Would go on envying me
And so it goes...a romantics dream

I like what you said in this poem. It is my opinion that each person must define who god is for himself. It can not be the coat tails of those we follow but what is in our hearts that make us who we want to be. If you have done that then you have a gift that is more precious than gold.
