Should I have said it in that way?
I should have reacted differently
In a more civil way
Try talking it through
But I know just leaving it
Would make it worse
Have I lost the plot?
Am I thinking straight?
Have I lost him?
Or have we just fallen out?
I haven’t been the same
People have noticed
Things changed
Before my very eyes
Maybe this was the way it was meant to be
Us not friends
Just two people who know each others name
Or were we meant to be
Close friend who helped each other out
From time to time
I just feel so confused and angry
Can anyone help me in anyway?
I want to break out of this crazy mixed up world
And enter the place where I call home
My friends around and happy
Crying with laughter
But there is this barrier
Stopping me get to my past world
A wall of angry, sadness and grief
I just don’t think I’m strong enough
To get through this wall on my own
I need someone to guide my way
Bring the light to my fire
A match to my candle
Just someone to talk to will do
A friend who’s there
But I have lost the closest friend
I’ve had for a while
Cause of all this confusion
Is anyone there who can hear me shout?
Anyone who can hear me cry?
Anyone to help me in any way?

Love that poem. Very well written. Almost like it could be in a song. Our pain, can write such beautiful words. Nicely Done!
