This is now and now is to late,
enemies have won against Gods fate.
To close to the dark side, to far from light,
my soul has now lost its fight.

My heart torn from the sharp edges of a knife,
time cut short from my pathetic unfinished life.
The blade painfully through every layer of skin,
my soul bearing the pain of my sin.

My soul found its fate,
and now its too late.....

Very well written, very deep, and I ffeel exactly how the subject of this poem does. If it is about you, I hope you'll find a candle to light your way out of the despair.

This is just great. I love deep, descriptive poetry like this that uses a lot of metaphors. Excellent work, and don't you just love how we all have a place to share poetry like this? This stuff is so personal, it's nice to be able to share it with actual human beings, but to still be slightly removed.

Words of pain, where the souls sadness only remains.
Where there is will there is way, as all do say!
You have a way with words that makes us stop and think on wether this is the only way out.......
Really sad and maybe somewhere if you ask there is hope.
