My sister was 6 months pregnant and went into premature labor. After 2 medical sonograms the doctors came in and told her that her baby had a separation in the back of his head and that the brains were partially out and that her baby didn't not have a chance to survive he would not live much more than a few hours if that after being born.
We prayed like no one has prayed before. They did an emergency c-section and we experienced a miracle. There was no signs of a hole or opening in his head. The doctors were dumb founded and could not explain. He was perfectly normal except for being a premature baby and only weighing 2lbs. When we saw him he look exactly like my father his grandfather. So in this poem I tell you what I think happened.

Little angel, little baby, little grandson,
We heard your call and we came a miracle has been done.
We put our hearts together to help yours beat so strong,
God came with us on this journey, so nothing could go wrong.
Our arms were all around you to keep all harm away,
We held you close and kissed your head so you could grow and play

Our darling little angel our walk with you is done,
Now in your parents arms you, go your life has now begun.
So when you look at mommy we will see her too,
And from that look and your touch our love will flow through you.
To let your mommy know, that we helped you on your way,
Our gift to her was you, for now you live today!!

This is so heartwarming. I do definitely believe in the power of prayer. I have seen it happen to many times in dire situations. Working in the medical field all my life I have seen many powerful miracles that were mind boggling. Our Father does listen.

Your writing: beyond the words in my vocabulary.

But I do have one word I know in my vocabulay about this true life story, and yes, you guessed it: miracle.
