[bodytext] => Life is waiting
Where are you?
Sun is shining
While you’re blue

Stars are sparkling
Wind still blows
Life is waiting
Don’t you know?

Life is waiting
Time to dance
Look around you
Take a chance

Stop the self-pity
Make your stand
Life is waiting
Give it a hand

Life is waiting
Only you can choose
To live it to fullest
Or in darkness lose

It is a personal decision and can be reversed. I too have been there and if not for my medication I still would be. Mine is for a lifetime because of traumatic illness and stress. Some it just takes a few month and the serotonin starts flowing again. Like many illnesses though I think people are afraid of the diagnosis, and even some not aware of their depression for they have always been depressed. It is a disease that is becoming more rampant in today's society. This was a great write and hopefully a few will realize it is up to them and they have to want to change.

Excellent write. First let me say I have suffered from anxiety/depression since a child. I was really bad in my early twenties. I can remember when I would just stay in bed for days. I just rotted. I had some counseling and good drugs....it saved my life. I look back and think how I wasted so much time. I still suffer with the same horrible disease, but I fight like hell everyday now. I have two beautiful children and I have to be there for them, and my very patient husband as well. Thank you for a brilliant write, Peace to you, Laura
