Array ( [sid] => 10363 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Miracle [time] => 2003-01-14 08:40:00 [hometext] => I wrote this imagining what my parents felt after giving birth to me even though they were told they would never have children [bodytext] => Through failed attempts
sadness and tears
we never gave up
we tried for years

When we found out
sad tears turned to joy
and we wondered if you
were a girl or a boy

As time went by
my tummy grew
and gifts were bought
of pink and blue

Then one afternoon
daddy was away
but I knew it was time
you were coming that day

You layed in my arms
I was so glad
a girl half of me
and half of your dad

I smiled as I wondered
what you'd turn out to be
all I know is that
you are special to me

Dear baby
you were made in love
