is what you fear most
it will take you in its mouth
it will tear you apart
freeze your soul
your heart will stop
as it overtakes your body
you can try to scream
noone would hear you
you are rendered powerless
against this beast in the dark
you shake and tremble
almost to the point of insanity
wincing at the sight of your own blood
pouring into puddles at your feet
try and get away, just try
before you life is completely drained
you take your last breath
then lie motionless
eyes wide open
the beast releases you and moves on
the beast was your own hatred

this poem is an interesting one .....
i liked it as it provide a completely different view on hate. i am very sick of everyone acting like they are the only ones in the world who don't hate this is a beautiful poem playing on what humans hate and fear most..... themselves

good luck with future poetry

Excellent poem daydreamer, if hatred is that intense (which it is) then just think how powerful Love is.
