Uh.. basically i'm not being true to myself at this moment and so i want to be me, which i am a rocker at heart so, uh, yeah, Enjoy (please comment. thank you) [bodytext] => My body is fighting
To release itself from this plastic mold
Crafted by the hands of many
Both young and old

How my body longs to be
What is was just a short while ago
To bang my head to death metal beands
And of course, be peirced from head to toe

My body longs once more
To be the rebel it once was back then
To shed this ridiculous image
And be me, instead

Too long have i been giving
Into a false reality
An image pleasing to my parents
But not at all agreeing with me

So here comes my wild side
The rebellious rocker that never went away
And i hate to tell you this
But she's here to stay [comments] => 5 [counter] => 171 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Ineedanap [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

I can really feel the desperatre emotion behind this poem. The struggle for self-realisation is our strongest and most difficult quest. Everyone has experrienced this. Well done.

Robert Davidson.
