he is now serving time, [bodytext] =>
-------------------------------------------------------------

I saw the gunman shoot,
then saw the sinner laugh,
I watched the Christian cry,
then saw a child die,
I saw the bomb explode,
right down my road,
What is this world coming to,
I still don't understand,

I watched the clouds turn grey,
it shouldn't be that way,
I believe this world is coming to an end,
it seems I stand in soot,
where the ashes lay,
they evacuated us, said we couldn't stay,

So we left that night,
dodging bullets as we ran from the place,
that we call home,
we left it all behind,
went to another town,
spent the night in a motel,
why is life this way,

I watched the morning news,
looking for some kind of happiness,
inside this life,
but all I see is pain,
they never gave his name,
but everybody here, knew who he was,
said they didn't want to show his photograph,
till they reached his kin,
the gunman had more rights,
then the tiny child did,

Why is there so much pain,
I still don't understand,
I saw the gunman shoot,
then saw the sinner laugh,
I watched the christian cry,
then saw the child die,

I don't know how one is supposed to respond to somthing this deeply painful. I've never been through any of this where i saw things of this nature...this must have been such a very hard ordeal for you to go through Valerie...The sight of seeing a child die has to the worst pain in the world that their is...This has me in tears so badly....someone shot...someone laughed....someone cried....which was the result of one death...my heart is right here aching for this whole situation...thank you for sharing this Valerie...

WHY ?
We can rightly question I believe God alows that.Remember the world is satans relm until the last sin is defeated-"Death"-and that satan is already defeated, but he doesn't know it yet. Christ said these things would happen, but never give up hope.Who knows the mind o God ? We can only questin and pray that we endure.
Know all that Jesus went through on our behalf--no matter how sad how terrible in the wisdom of God justis will rule and love will overcome all.
Sad meaningful write.
