and I can't control their descent.
This is not the way things are supposed to be,
why is this the way things went?

I had no control over how this worked out,
and that's why it hurts so bad.
Her love is one thing I don't want to be without,
it's the best thing my life has ever had.

I've come now to a fork in the road,
one way holds on to hope, the other lets go.
There's too much pressure, my heart wants to explode,
which way I will go I still don't know.

If I choose to let go I'll never know what could've been,
but if I hold on to hope it still might not ever be.
My patience towards this is beginning to run thin,
why did all this have to happen to me?

Wow! This sounds uncanningly like something Dr. Seuss would write!

One fish, two fish...
red fish, blue fish.

Sam I am, I say I do... I do love green eggs and ham!

Oh my, I don't know how to respond to this one. I definitely don't have the answers.

Very touching, to the point of aching. That is how this reader felt while reading it...

Awww Curt...life is so unfair at times. I wish I could give ya some great advice, but if you know me at all, you'll know I have none! LoL Anyway, I thought it was a great write, as usual. Good Luck...Tanya
