watching zombies strolling by
sold their souls another walking dead
looking at their eyes feeling their dread
cockroaches scurry on the city street
looking for that sale or there favorite coffee drink
the light of a car as they scope out the scene
selling there dope destroying people's dream

gangs and junkies marking their way
one will die by the end of the day
watching all this from my window view
seeing the shame as the population grew
blinded by green the kind that fold
watching this game i feel it grow old

dancing in death the girls make their stance
selling their bodies for that next hit by chance
rot in our world in these roads made of gold
truth isnt the answer so i am told
alone at my view a tear in my eye
waiting for this world to stand up and try

that was an awesome poem, i remembered your name and thought i'd
read this. you did a real good job, as sad and dark as it is. and realistic.

That poem was so good because i see these same things day 2 day. It had actually made me cry because I felt it so much. Thank you for that one.
