This metal "L" shaped object,
Straight to the head until I bleed,
Time to kill I won't reject.

I sit here holding the gun,
I'm losing breath,
My whole life is near done,
I've finally reached death.

Would you care enought to notice,
That I'm not here anymore,
Since you put me through all this,
It's time to close the door.

Closing all the hate,
Taking my last breath,
I'm beginning to anticipate,
As I feel the signs of death.

My hands are shaking,
As I hold the gun,
But to my life it's taking,
When will it be done.

This is the end,
Don't miss me at all,
I don't want you to pretend,
Watch as I start to fall. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 174 [topic] => 36 [informant] => kissofdeathxx [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 8 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Suicide )

This poem leaves one wanting. I really think you could continue on from the line 'Watch as I start to fall.' Where are you falling? What are you falling onto? The cold floor rushing up like the whirlwind of a crazy life perhaps? This poem is fantastic, it has good rhythm and the rhyms aren't forced. Keep writing!

Powerful writing. You really have a way with words!!! But I agree, you should write Just One Click...Part 2. I love the third verse.
