Array ( [sid] => 101994 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => I'M NOT HUNGRY. [time] => 2005-07-24 16:57:03 [hometext] => I don't have an eating disorder, I just don't want to be fat! I don't mean to sound ungrateful either, but i'd rather eat friut than some greasy, fatty pasta thingy at 9pm. Sue's my mums friend. She's fat. Greedy cow! I don't like her at all. [bodytext] => Earlier, I said I wasn’t hungry, when you offered to cook.
I was drowsy; you’d have seen if you’d looked…
Then, later, you present some thing high in carbs and fat,
I’M-ON-A-DIET!
No thanks… I don’t want that…

Waking to up, out of my sleep.
You’re there.
… I say I don’t wanna eat…

"Sue wanna know why the population’s obese?
No, block me out.
Be fat.
Be a freak".

… You say I’ve lost weight…
Yeah, I know.
But I’m STILL fat.
And IT still shows…

… So I’ve set myself a goal.
To eat less each day.
And it’s very affective.
To slowly lose weight.
I want to be thinner.
I like the ‘thin look’.
It makes me feel better.
So I eat raw fruit etc.
I take cold showers,
And exercise every day.
And my family say I’m slimmer,
And it feels good that way!
… So now they don’t like it.
Tough. It’s too late.
This is MY life.
And I'm not hungry, any way...!

Well, I'm all for eating healthy and exercising and whatnot...as long as it's done for the right reasons, and in a safe manner...Subject aside, you expressed yourself well in this write, and kept a steady flow...the style, though not traditional, worked quite well for this piece too...An emotive write.

Well, I think people should eat when they are hungry and only then. Eating because it is scheduled or you are bored is not healthy. I agree that family dinner times are important but it doesn't have to be heavy meals. Fruit, grains, and some type of protein will keep you healthy and happy. Just don't go the anorexic bit because it is physically and emotionally destructive to you. I prefer the healthy glowing look to the thin anorexic look or the overfed cow look.

Good write,
Rita

Its nice to be conscience of your health.. fewer people are these days..

If you truly want to stay slim, and still remain healthy, find out good nutritional facts..

We all have a certain image of how we want to look to ourselves, and also others.. just do not go overboard.. you could lose your muscle mass, hair, skin color, mental ability etc. etc. etc.

There are a variety of choices for healthy foods that will provide you with lots of vitamins, minerals, etc.

Muscles need food. Don't forget them..

Fad dieting does not work..

Here is a cool site.. nice reading and such..
The natural body builders way..

http://www.fatlosstips.com/

Find the times when you are truly hungry, and then you can prepare your meals around those times..

Drink water first, if you still feel hungry, then eat by all means.. the body needs food in order to survive..

Nice write, very educational insight for keeping from becoming overweight.. makes one think ..

somehting tells me you are the one of the most beautiful people in the world but you don't realize it. don't listen what others say about you. it hurts but all you can do is learn and take it and be strong.

I agree with what the others said. Just work on how you feel about yourself and you're body will follow.

Just a question..
how much do you actually way? It really seems like your completely obsessing over being skinny..when you say you like 'the thin look', it makes you seem really shallow..
