One that is grey and loud

This dark cloud follows me,
It never lets me be

All it does is rain
And brings me my pain

Doesn’t let the sun show,
The blue sky – I don’t know

The dark cloud washed it all away,
Left me with nothing to say

Lets me fall down,
Lets me wear a frown

This dark cloud is behind,
Seeping deep into my mind

This dark cloud is ahead,
Always haunts me in bed

This dark cloud at both sides,
Haunting me when our friend died

I can’t escape its power,
It is high over, like a tower

I can’t run from the dark cloud
It always throws me to the ground

It always catches me
It just will not leave me be

This is what I follow
While I grow hollow

It leads, it follows, it is beside,
This cloud is destroying my mind

My dark cloud,
Grey and loud

Whenever I feel a dark cloud coming over me I think of it as a cloak wrapping itself around me, protecting me until I can face the world again.I feel warm and comforted and the cloak rolls away to reveal a sunnier day, Ros

if everyday were sunny we wouldn't know the joy of a sunny day...when a dark cloud is shielding your eyes from the light, it hurts...but when it leaves, you find more joy in the sunny days that follow...be strong until sunnier days show up again
