of the dying and the dead
brought to their own ends
by the kinds of lives they've led

And I can hear the whispers
the ones behind my back
as another one has fallen
and slipped right through the crack

I can see the tears
or where they left their trace
and I can see the saddness

And I can see the pain
that there is inside

Wow... i loved this, this was very well written
And I can feel the sorrow
of our fading moral light
I loved all this, but those two lines really jumped out and grabbed me 'fading moral light' wow. Wow keep these up
