I ask to myself
From feeling so alone
I just stare at my shelf

With my new best friend
Laying there in the light
Until I pick it up
And make my skin reunite

With the sharp blade
Blood drips down to the floor
I do it harder this time
Until I cant take anymore

I drop this friend
To the ground
It hits the tile hard
But I don’t hear a sound

Cause my world is spinning
In all different places
I see people in my head
But I can’t see their faces

Maybe they’re the reason
Why I relieve my stress like this
I hit the floor hard
Cause I know that no one will miss

Me when my life is at its end
Cause I just cant take anymore of this life
I just want it all to be over
One of these times it will get so bad that ill take this knife

And slit my throat
And leave them a mess to clean up
With a note
Written in blood

Saying that I knew I wouldn’t be fine
The first time I cut myself
When I seen my first crimson line
On my wrist

I knew it wouldn’t be okay
I tried everything I could
But this sadness wouldn’t go away
So I thought about it more and more

Until I found out what to do
And that leads me to why ive written this note
Im saying my goodbyes to all of you
And I hope to see you soon

Cause maybe then you’ll be nice to me
Or may you all burn in hell
Cause I knew you wouldn’t miss me
I knew it, I could tell [comments] => 1 [counter] => 175 [topic] => 13 [informant] => xxSuicidalChickxx [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

Oh my, I sure hope this is a poem and not a suicidal note..

Very vivid, decriptive..

I think it would be easier to clean up the mess than be the mess.

Just a suggestion.. for the character in this writing piece.. there is always hope, never give up..there is One who can guide you.. and then..you have a reason to keep living and .. also.. patience toward others comes along.. self esteem becomes you etc.. etc..

Nice write.. but it scares me.. it really scares me..

Yours truly,

Raquel Leah (Poetress)
