Array ( [sid] => 101560 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => To My Lea-Ann [time] => 2005-07-18 22:05:43 [hometext] => This is a poem I wrote for my wife who I love with all my heart. I said some lies that really messed up our relationship and I’m sorry and I thank you for forgiving me. I love you so much and always will….Steve [bodytext] =>
Love and hurt
Filled with distrust
From the words that I spoke
That ripped apart us

Lies of gluttony
Not worried what I’d bring
Pain to a life
That together makes me

Love so true
Is all you show
Unconditional love
That continues to grow

I’ve hurt you so bad
More then I could know
And I given you the right
To just turn and go

But still you stay
And you give me your love
And forever together
Will we remain in love

Never again will I fall away
For my love is yours
And I proclaim it today
And everyday

Five words I say
That will always be true
For the rest of my life
I Will Always Love You

For you’re my future
And you’re in my past
And this love kept together
Will forever last

So I close this now
With a promise that is true
You’re the only women in my life
And I was meant for you

You are brave for making such a private apology a public poem for all to see. I'm sure your wife is very blessed to have you in her life. A wonderful, heart felt write. You write beautiful words of truth.
Miss Lola
