I watch as the others play cards and race
Their laughter fills the air
It fills me with annoyance
Of my presence they are unaware

Already I feel the struggle of the beast
With every passing moment the volume of its roar does increase
I know not whether to weep or to rave
The beast bellows as it charges out of its cave

I try to hold back
I try to contain it
Yet I know there is nothing that can tame it

The beast consumes me
Its red anger is now the only thing I can see
Now there is nothing that can break me free
I sit here and wait for the moment it dies
Only to wait for it to once again rise

What is this foul creature that lurks deep inside of me?
It is the beast inside of everyone:
