A stubby's a pint
And lollies have sticks
A thong is something
You wear on your hips
You pack your own groceries
And drive very fast
The weather is freezing
The rain soaks your heart
An Aussie flag stands out
From miles away
It warms the soul
You're home for a day
My island it calls me
Will always be home
Her beaches still glisten
Her sun, still it glows
But England, though foreign
Is still somehow safe
Her charms are her own
Tis here I will wait
