Just for a moment you broke free,
Free from all your pain,
You looked so happy once again.

I wish your smile was forever,
I can’t believe I’ll see you never,
You didn’t deserve to suffer,
Now you’re placed under Angels cover.

Your smile I’ll always remember,
From January through til December,
I can still see your face,
You are a memory time can’t erase.

What I’d give just to hold your hand,
Walk next to you in Gods land,
Hold you close tell you it’s alright,
Reassuring you never will you have to fight.

Your last smile is forever in my heart,
And although death has tore us apart,
Never will you leave my thoughts,
Eternally in my heart you’ve been caught.

beautiful poem my dear friend I am sorry for
your loss, but she isn't feeling any more pain.
I thought this poem was very touching and it
was good to stumble across one of your
writes... it is good to know you are safe after
today's bombings in London. Hope to talk to
you soon.

Hugs,
Joel

=] wonder poem, a wonderful read. youve outdone yourself as you do with every piece filled with emotion, a rarity for some writers, but never for you.
