Array ( [sid] => 10034 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => JOY [time] => 2003-01-09 03:40:00 [hometext] => I wrote this poem contemplating what is better to have in your life, happiness or joy. [bodytext] => JOY is a wonder word of working that can only lead to total fulfilment.
It seems that this JOY is and should be an accomplishment to be sent.

JOY is a contentment that one seems to relate to and strive for.
Whatsoever state a person is in, he or she will continually gain more.

JOY cannot be dictated by one's circumstances in this life,
Nor can it be a flirting of happiness that will disappear out of sight.

JOY is being on an even keel with the ups and downs day by day,
Knowing that which is or will be is sufficient, no matter what one has to say.

JOY cannot be snatched or taken away by anyone nor anything.
The wisdom of knowledge that the life one has is what it should be without a doubt that one may sing.

How does one acquire JOY that will be in one's life each and every day to last?
Knowing there is a LORD who is SOVEREIGN over one's life now, in the future, and also that which was in the past.

The conclusion must be that in our minds and hearts we know that the LORD is working,
EVERYTHING in our lives for our god that we may have JOY each and every day.
