within every raindrop is held so much pain
souls crying out and screaming for death
choking on life and gasping for breath

listen carefully to the rhythm of the rain
each a teardrop that was shed in vain
perfect in size, shape, and form
they fall together and become the storm [comments] => 12 [counter] => 210 [topic] => 32 [informant] => blue_angel [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 9 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

You got something going here! Add a couple more verses, because it left me wanting more.

Nice poem that expressed pain. Whether it is rain or tears, it all comes across as dark deep rooted pain. Thanks for this lovely poem! joni

Wow. I love that poem
Everything just seems to fit, and flows nicely. Emotion pours out from the words. It's short but sweet, you might want to add more to it, but its great the way that it is.
Amazing Write

~Dawn
