Rules and Special conditions for submitting poetry to the Members Special Section:

Although erotic and/or poetry containing bad language will be permitted in this section, the following rules must be adhered to at ALL times.

1/ It is unlawful to submit a poem for publishing on this site that is not your own, if you did not personally write the poem, do not submit.

2/ You acknowledge that YOU are the author of the poem being submitted

3/ You agree that by submitting your poem to this site, you give Puttock International Pty. Ltd (the owners and operators of YOUR POETRY DOT COM), the right to publish your poem on the web on this site, and to distribute your poem from time to time for web site promotion or email specials and to quote your poem. Remember, the poem MUST be your own works and all credit for the poem will be given to the author.

4/ When submitting your poetry to this site, we will need information about you, the author of the poem. This information will remain strictly confidential, and will not be provided to any other company; person or organization (see Privacy Policy). If at the time of submitting your poem to this site, we cannot verify that the information you provided is correct, we will not publish the submitted works, and any other works that have been submitted by you. Please if you change your details as submitted to this site, email to advise of the changes. NOTE: Email address MUST be valid.

5/ This section of YOUR POETRY DOT COM, is the part of this site designed for MORE MATURE AUDIENCES, your poetry may  contain vulgar language; erotica, or other words or verse, BUT OBSCENE or RACIST poetry or verse, in the opinion of our editors, will be refused. Anything posted MUST be in GOOD TASTE.

6/ NO poem TITLE will contain any vulgar language, or sexual description, etc., (as these will be listed on the general site under your account module).

7/ By submitting your poetry to this section you hereby agree that YOU have read the disclaimer at the front of this section.

8/ NO linking to any images, or offsite content will be permitted at any time.

9/ YOUR POETRY DOT COM reserves the right to reject any poem for any or no given reason.

10/ You will not hold YOUR POETRY DOT COM, its owner/s, staff, proofreaders, editors, or any other party connected to YOUR POETRY DOT COM, responsible in any way if someone else should violate your rights as the copyright owner of the submitted poem.

REMEMBER, IF THE POEM IS NOT WRITTEN BY YOU PERSONALLY, DO NOT SUBMIT.

NO OBSCENE writings will be accepted, what constitutes as OBSCENE will be determined by the editor, and no rejection emails will be sent. REMEMBER, Keep it in GOOD TASTE.

When Requesting an account, Email and Nickname Fields MUST be valid or account WILL NOT be approved. (see Privacy Policy for privacy details)

FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION:

The first 5 poems per author will be posted free of charge, after the first 5 poems there will be a fee of $2.00 (USD), payable via the paypal donate button below; for each additional 4 poems submitted. (ie. 50 cents per poem reading fee, this will go to help upkeep the site.) You may pay for as many or few as you wish per block, but the minimum is $2.00 (4 poems).

You may request poems be deleted, but prior deleted poetry will STILL make up part of your total count, (ie. you cannot submit 5 free in one month, have them removed in the next, and post 5 more free).
