Question
·  What is the
·  What are the features of the Journal?
·  Do I have a Journal?
·  Choosing what type of entry?
·  How do I write in the Journal?

Answer
·  What is the

The Members Journal is basically an online diary, in which you may record whatever you wish (within site rules, please) and you can specify wether your entries are public or private.
With public entries, everyone will be able to view and comment on your entry, whereas with the private entries, only the author will be able to view.
Other features include, being able to return and edit or delete your entries, edit or delete the comments etc.

·  What are the features of the Journal?

Multi-Level Access: Casual Anonymous site visitors, and actual site members have different privileges.
Anonymous Surfers have the privilege to browse site member journals. But that's it! They are also encouraged to become a member of the hosting site through several hyper-links, although registration is not required.
Site Members have the rights to not only browse the journal system, but to also leave comments, and add entries of their own. In fact, the first time a registered site member creates a post, they are entered into a list of journal owners and become searchable.
Journal Owners have special rights! With the Journal, you have the option of keeping your journal entries Private, or Public. Each entry stands alone. You can mix and match your posts. Private entries WILL NOT become visible in a search of the system. Should a person attempt to spoof the journal into displaying a private entry, they will be turned down. Private entries will be viewable by the owner of the post only!
Along with the option of making a journal entry public or private, the owner of each journal entry has the immediate right to delete any comments left under his/her post should they feel it necessary. So be aware when deleting comments, there is no "are you sure" prompt.
Edit and Delete away! You can re-edit and delete any of your journal entries at anytime!

·  Do I have a Journal?

You may be wondering if You have a journal account on this site. If you are a site member, you do!
If not - well... there is only one way to get a journal... You must become a member!

Having an on-line journal is fun! It gives you the opportunity to record your thoughts and dreams down in a way never dreamt of in ages past. With the Journal, you have the option of keeping your entries strictly private, or releasing them to the world.

·  Choosing what type of entry?

With the Journal, you have the option of making an entry either public or private. Private entries will be visible through the "Your Journal" link only. You, the journal owner, will be the only one allowed to view these posts. Public posts are subject to reading and commenting by the public in general. Anonymous surfers do not have the right to leave comments. You can change a posts status at any time using the check bow provided on each post.

·  How do I write in the Journal?

Because the Journal allows for HTML, paragraphs must be separated by standard HTML paragraph tags. Simply place a <p> at the beginning of your paragraph and a </p> at the end. Another way to break up paragraphs or lines is to use the <br> tag. If you are handy with HTML, you can dress up your post, link to pictures, or create hyperlinks.
