The things that you have done
The things that I have read
How could this be done?

Bottled up inside
And cannot say a word
Even though I’m screaming
It’s though I cant be heard

You think that I am sorry
You think that I regret
You think that I am copying you?
Well, this is news cause it’s not true

The lines that I have put through this
The hours I have thought
I feel the pain you put me through
It’s grieving me a lot

As this poem finally ends
It wasn’t easy for me to forget
The way you really hurt me
