Baby, can you hold mine too?

And Babe, if you let go,
Can I still hold on to you?

Can we witness every sunset?
Like the ones with gravy skies?

And I don’t mean in the air,
I mean the sunset in your eyes.

Can we walk through every ocean?
Every beach, and every street?

Can we dance to every song?
Every lyric, and every beat?

Can we cuddle on every cloud,
While all the stars sing us to sleep?

We could do that every night,
Won’t have to count those stupid sheep.

Can we write poems every day,
Take turns burying each other in the sand?

I want to do everything with you,
All the while, Holding your hand.

I Love You, Sweetie.
